• Monitoring purchasing processes, ensuring all processes are followed, setting up bid tabulations, price comparisons, and creating purchase orders (POs).
• Sourcing materials and services, acquiring necessary materials, equipment, and services to maintain smooth operations
• Managing procurement functions and overseeing daily procurement activities, acting as an escalation point, and periodically reviewing procurement approaches.
• Preparing documentation and approvals/orders in the SAP system.
• Administering and managing contracts related to procuring goods and services, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and achieving project objectives.

• Proficient in English (Minimum 550 TOEIC score).
